Public Transportation

The city is served by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), which consists of express and regular bus service, the stadium shuttle, JTA Connexion (paratransit) and downtown trolleys. The most useful road for tourists is perhaps J. Turner Butler Boulevard (SR 202), which, along with other additional roads, connects the city to the beaches. SR-9A bypasses the city to the east, while I-95 (which has a bypass route, with I-295), bypasses the city to the west.
